The HPHS Medical Education club’s mission is to educate students about and stimulate interest in the medical field and medical sciences. Through Med-Ed, we discuss medical issues and news as well as the latest medical discoveries. We also invite guest speakers from various medical schools and professions — such as surgeons, nurses, dietitians, physician’s assistants, and more — to educate students on how to pursue a path in the medical field. A typical club meeting will consist of a wide variety of games and activities related to medical terms and practices to further educate participants. All students who are interested in learning more about medicine are invited to participate!  Sponsor facilitates the leadership board and vetting speakers to submit for approval. If interested, please contact/email Lesa Friedrich at lfriedrich@dist113.org.
