Actively integrates and applies health care analytics in an intern program to develop a broad knowledge of Our Lady of the Lake Health Quality Analytics Department. It is the responsibility of the incumbent(s) of this position to incorporate the Mission values and philosophy of the organization into all aspects of job duties.
Responsibilities
- Departmental Operations
- Obtains knowledge of Quality Analytics operations in an effort to gain an understanding of the department’s role.
- Integrates and applies principles and theories, acquires knowledge of hospital regulations, policies, and procedures, and examines hospital organizational structure and behavior.
- Other duties as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
Education – High School Diploma Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics or related field
