Director of Advancement

The Director of Advancement at Charlotte Latin oversees the school’s fundraising, marketing, and communication efforts to ensure effective engagement and support from stakeholders. Working closely with the Head of School and senior administrative team, this role drives initiatives for the school’s long-term sustainability and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful fundraising and marketing initiatives and demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as the role requires collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including trustees, donors, faculty, staff, and parents. A commitment to the school’s mission, vision, and values is critical, along with the flexibility to attend frequent evening and weekend events and meetings.
