Accounting Intern
Ripple Junction is looking to add an Accounting Intern. The right person under the supervision of our staff will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting activities.
A Day in the Life
- Posting incoming ACH, Wires and checks for customer payments in our ERP System.
- Working with Production team on AP invoices that have receivers needed/discrepancies
- Recording Customer chargeback’s and assisting Credit Manager when needed with dispute process.
- Coordinate the daily reconciliation of accounts receivable payments and cash receipts.
- Monitor the AR aging report to determine potential payment issues and follow up for resolution.
- Assist in the analysis, reconciliation, and collection of customer accounts.
- Assist in collecting outstanding invoices from past due accounts and chargebacks.
- Enter Accounts Payable invoices into our ERP System.
- Perform other duties as assigned by company management.

Must Haves
- Must be recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Microsoft and Excel skills, ability to learn new computer systems quickly
- Rolling up your sleeves and being a team player regardless of the task.
- Energetic, detail oriented, able to adhere to deadlines.
