Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
· Troubleshoot and provide resolution to software support requests from on-site team members.
· Resolve product issues by analyzing the issue and follow up communication with associates
· Maintain ownership of issues until they are resolved
· Communicate proactively and effectively with internal associates at all levels and external vendors
· Accurately document and record issues within the ticket portal system.
· Implement new sites into the platform
· Assist with team member training for new product roll outs.
· To implement and positively promote equal opportunities in service delivery and
employment practices.
· To undertake training and attend meetings as required and directed by your line
manager.

EDUCATION/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· An Associates or Bachelor’s degree required, along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management
· Knowledge of OneSite, and other RealPage products
· Strong background in customer service
· Ability to work a flexible work scheduled when needed.
