Key Responsibilities
- Server as a key liaison to other departments that have specific business functions
- Collaborate with other departments to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions
- Train department end users in the use of NetSuite and related systems.
- Provide an environment of trust, transparency, and camaraderie not only across the IT support organization, but throughout the company
- Work collaboratively with people across the organization
- Plan, analyze and validate business needs both functional and technical.
- Analyze current and future business systems to determine if they align with the company goals and objectives
- Plan and facilitate end user documentation and testing
- Understand core systems such as ERP, WMS, MRP, CRM and EDI
- Translate customer requirements into technical design documents.
- Timely respond to, investigate, troubleshoot, debug and resolve software related issues
- Develop reports, dashboards and customizations as needed
- Onboarding customers onto NetSuite
Skills Required
- Strong communication & influencing skills
- 2+ years as a NetSuite Administrator, Developer or Consultant
- 2+ years of experience utilizing NetSuite
- Experience in developing and utilizing BI Tools with NetSuite
- Expertise in mapping as-is and future state processes
- Prior experience working in Manufacturing or Distribution
- Experience in the entire SDLC lifecycle
- Experience in developing and maintaining work instructions and end user manuals
- Experience in creating functional design documents
- Strong analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of processing such as order to cash, procure to pay, warehouse management a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to team with others to develop and implement complex projects
- Experience in interfacing NetSuite into e-commerce platforms and other products
- Experience doing customizations in NetSuite
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field is required
This role is ON SITE based out of Charlotte, NC. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
