The Marketing department creates passion and relevance for the “Dolby Difference” driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents – partners, creators, consumers, and developers.

 

SUMMARY
We’re looking for a self-starter product marketing intern to join our On-the-Go Entertainment team. You will work in a team responsible for launching cutting edge audio and visual entertainment solutions by developing go-to-market strategies and partner engagement plans. Above all, your work will elevate how people consume premium entertainment across various mobile, PC, and automotive experiences.

 

What you will work on: Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform our roadmap, product positioning and go to market plans. Work with regional partner marketing teams to actually bring those plans to market. Work across entertainment categories to orchestrate cohesive GTM executions, conduct post-GTM evaluations to understand gaps and growth opportunities to shape future decisions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / ELIGIBILITY
• Demonstrated project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to facilitate cross functional projects across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with self-awareness to know when to ask for guidance from team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create and deliver convincing presentations
• Knowledge and passion in entertainment is a big plus

ELIGIBILITY

Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, or a related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 6 months between May/June 2025 – December 2025.

 

Start dates for the internship are as follows: (*note* this date is not flexible)

  • Monday, June 16, 2025

 

 

The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is $32-44/hr and can vary if outside of this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
