Job Description
The Visa Value Added Services Marketing team is dedicated to advancing Visa’s market presence and driving revenue growth through comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies. The team is comprised of highly analytical and innovative professionals who specialize in B2B growth marketing, lead generation, and demand creation. They demonstrate expertise in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, ensuring that Visa remains at the forefront of innovation and customer engagement.

In this internship, some job duties and projects could include:
- Assist with the preparation of campaigns across various channels, including email, direct mail, social media, webinars, and advertisements.
- Identify and build new target segments for outbound marketing.
- Management of target lists and segments within the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).
- Build emails using our WYSIWYG editor in our marketing automation platform, Eloqua.
- Help plan and activate marketing nurture messaging to target segments of prospects and clients, across the entire lifecycle.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related degree and graduating after December 2025
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, specific to marketing automation, CRM, and email marketing, or nurture concepts strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of coordinated sales and marketing activities, sales plays, and demand generation
- Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications, and communications that demonstrate professional judgment.
- The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
- Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity
Additional Information
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $24/HR to $27/HR USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
This is a hybrid position: Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
