Job Responsibilities
- Consistently provide world class Guest service and experience to all Guests at Spectrum Center
- Greet and direct all guests with a smile to their assigned seating location
- Effectively read and identify tickets, with the understanding of proper access to the appropriate area
- Proactively anticipate, identify and resolve Guest needs and concerns in a timely manner
- Respond to guests’ requests for service and assistance
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs or push up to 70lbs unassisted
- Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills
- High School Diploma/GED and interest to work in events and/or sport management
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass background check
- This is a part-time non-benefit earning position; hours include days, nights, weekends and possibly holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend and other duties associated with different sport and entertainment events is desired
- Ability to work nights and weekends beginning at 5:00pm or earlier for select events
- Availability to work a minimum of 75% of monthly Spectrum Center events
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay rate of $14/hr.
