International Controller

Musco Sports Lighting is hiring an International Controller. This position is responsible for the accounting and financial analysis of Musco�s international sales and operations. Musco has manufacturing operations in South Korea and China, and a regional sales office in the United Kingdom.

What you will do as an International Controller:

• Leading and developing the international account teams to improve processes and procedures to enable efficient and effective transaction processing and reporting for both management and statutory requirements.
• Analysis of monthly results and regional sales trends, including transfer pricing methodology.
• Proactive engagement with international business leaders to evaluate sales and manufacturing strategies.
• Working closely with the Treasury team to optimize global cash from the international entities.
• Annual forecasting process, including process improvements for the international entities.
• Coordination with regional controllers to ensure local audits are completed in a timely manner.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous international accounting and business experience preferred
• 10 years’ experience preferably in a large or international manufacturing or construction environment.
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all parts of Team
• Proficient in Excel and other necessary business systems
• Strong understanding of currency impacts in global transactions.
• Highly proficient with software to include Excel (Advanced to expert level), Power Point, Word and e-mail programs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organization
