Our summer internship program experience is designed to integrate interns into the organization from day one. Interns will learn about our business through meaningful work assignments, gaining a significant understanding of the work we do, our team culture, and will develop their skills through real life application during this 12-week program. Interns will have the opportunity to participate engaging events such as: summer research project, breakfast club connection, career development workshops, networking events, guest speakers, volunteering, and have access to various Colleague Resource Groups to further develop their network within Associated.

This person will:

• Gain in-depth on-the-job experience working as part of a high-performing team within your line of business.

• Build your analytical and interpersonal communication skills by actively participating in your team’s day-to-day activities.

• Provide new perspectives and contribute to specific departmental projects and assist in achieving set objectives.

• Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your understanding of the industry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional intern cohort on research project creating recommendations to implement new ideas and/or improvement into current process, product and the like.

• Take part in organization networking activities: we promote community involvement and networking with other summer interns and full-time colleagues across the organization.

• You will also have the support of a program manager and cross-functional intern cohort to support you through your intern experience.

Education

•  Bachelor’s Degree; student in sophomore, junior, or senior year standing, Required.

Experience

•  Less than 2 years Entry Level, Preferred.
