We are seeking an experienced Techno Functional Architect for Bill to Cash process using SAP technologies including BRIM, FICA and FSCM to support Payments, Collections, Credit, Disputes and write offs for a start-up telco company. You will have a strong background in SAP BRIM FICA module. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and able to drive innovation through the development of cutting-edge solutions.

As a Techno Functional Architect, Bill to Cash, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement a futuristic Bill to Cash process using SAP BRIM, FICA and FSCM modules that includes Payments, Collections, Credit, and Disputes management, and write-offs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver results that meet or exceed business expectations
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and implement best practices and futuristic solutions
• Be hands-on, conduct regular code reviews, performance optimization, and debugging to ensure the highest quality of solutions
• Be comfortable developing designs and architectures collaborating with peers and present them at various levels
• Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, delivering results quickly and iteratively
• Take calculated risk and feel comfortable taking initiative to drive and deliver innovative solutions with fail-fast philosophy
• Manage and maintain software documentation to ensure that all code is properly documented and easy to understand for future developers

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in SAP BRIM, FICA and FSCM modules
• Strong experience in developing and deploying solutions for payments, collections, credit, and disputes management
• At least 3 implementations and hands on expertise in SAP BRIM FICA, FSCM, ABAP, and other relevant programming languages
• Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Knowledge/Certification or implementation experience of BRIM/FICA/FSCM 
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
