Internship Job title: Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis Intern
Department / Division: Enterprise FP&A
Hourly Range: $23.41 – $38.82
Location: Ada, MI (Hybrid)
What’s special about this team: The Enterprise FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team is responsible for managing Amway’s global financials. This starts with developing financial expectations tied to the organization’s long-range business plan, which then leads to the establishment of annual targets and quarterly projections. It also includes the responsibility of delivering all verbal and written financial communications to the Alticor Board of Directors, the CEO and Global Leadership Team, Amway global leaders, and the broader employee base. The team partners closely with various Finance departments such as Commercial Finance, Treasury, Tax, Supply Chain Finance and Functional FP&A. It also is closely connected to almost all other functions and markets given the global nature of the role. As an Enterprise FP&A intern, you will be exposed to many areas of the business, as well as attain a high-level view of the global strategy in action.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: This position will have the opportunity to lead a cross-functional project with a lasting, global impact by developing tools and resources that enable greater accuracy and efficiencies, as well as enhancing the financial acumen of the organization.
An example of a typical project would be: Projects may include reporting and analysis solutions, working closely with dashboards and utilizing tools like Alteryx and Tableau. In addition, there may be projects that involve a review of current processes and recommendations for improvements.

Internship Job title: Internal Audit Internship
Department / Division: Finance
Hourly Range: 21.58 – 25.40
Location: Ada, MI (Hybrid)
What is special about this team: Internal Audit supports our A70 strategy by identifying, reviewing and addressing risks that could impede our strategic objectives. We consider the full spectrum of risk mitigation – from enterprise-level risk identification to operational and compliance risk analysis and crisis support. We strive to provide value-added outcomes to the enterprise while also serving as a pipeline for enterprise talent.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: This position will help Internal Audit in its support of risk identification and mitigation by supporting our processes and approaches to providing value-added outcomes.
An example of a typical project is: Identifying areas of risk within the organization utilizing our comprehensive operational risk register and enterprise-level inventory of risk areas. Once a risk area is identified, we vet the risk with the appropriate stakeholders and work with subject matter experts to understand potential impacts to the organization. Using this understanding, we develop a work program to thoroughly review the risks and existing mitigation efforts, identifying gaps and making recommendations for improvements.

What is special about this team: Amway North America (ANA) is an affiliate of the Amway Corporation that is based in Ada, MI. The ANA team supports North America by supporting Independent Business Owners (IBO), analyzing project pricing projects, and providing budget, forecasting, and financial analysis. This team is unique in that they are the closest partner of the Ada finance team to the inner workings of a sales market.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: This position will help the team with various projects to drive increased efficiencies and effectiveness. The role will work closely with team members to problem solve for broken processes and/or identify solutions for improved reporting and analysis.
An example of a typical project is: Projects may include reporting and analysis solutions, working closely with dashboards utilizing tools like Alteryx and Tableau. In addition, there may be process improvement projects that will involve a walkthrough of current processes with proposals of improvements.
Required skills and background:
