Job Description

I have a client located in the Charlotte, NC area that is looking for a Civil Engineer. 

In this role you will work directly under senior Engineers doing civil land development primarily in the residential background. The company is looking for a candidate proficient with Civil 3D and AutoCAD experience regarding residential land development. 

Requirements

  • 3 Years+ Residential Land development using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
    • Commercial and mix-use building development is a plus. 
  • Planning, designing and constructing residential projects. (Start to finish)
    • Conceptual design, master planning, storm water management, erosion control, site observation, etc. 
  • Blueprint and technical documentation proficiency. 
  • Team player willing to work towards EIT / PE
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
