About the Program:

The Involuntary Outpatient Commitment (IOC) program offers a new option for individuals who aren’t imminently dangerous enough for commitment to an inpatient program, but who struggle with remaining in treatment and are likely to become dangerous without that treatment. IOC coordinates community services and supports that increase the likelihood of treatment adherence. IOC services are a multi-disciplinary approach to ensure that IOC consumers are properly assessed, linked to treatment and services and emotionally supported.
