What opportunity is available?
Clearview Group is looking to hire three full-time Business Technology Solution (BTS) Interns for the summer of 2025 at our Corporate office in Owings Mills, MD. The 10-week internship program is tentatively set to start on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 and end on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025. Business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EDT Monday through Friday. Interns will primarily work onsite to ensure ample opportunities for in-person mentoring and relationship building. However, in line with the flexible environment we foster, interns may work remote on occasion as coordinated with their direct manager.

What will this Intern do?
Under the direction and with the support of more senior team members, the BTS Interns perform a variety of tasks that assist with the completion of engagements such as internal audits, risk assessments, SOX / compliance, business process improvements, and controls evaluations. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting IT general controls (ITGC) audits
- Identifying, evaluating, and documenting IT risks and general computer and application controls
- Assisting with the evaluation of processes and controls for compliance with relevant existing or proposed laws and regulations, established policies, plans and procedures
- Obtaining and analyzing data as a basis for reviewing the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of systems
- Preparing audit reports and recommending improvements to IT controls and operational processes
- Performing and documenting test results and walkthroughs of IT processes and controls related to logical security, physical security, change management, risk assessment, vendor risk management, business continuity, privacy, and/or governance
- Evaluating evidence to determine if controls are designed and operating effectively to meet requirements for SOC 1, SOC 2 and/or Sarbanes-Oxley
- Assisting with assignments related to Workiva (automation platform), data mining, security assessments, process flowcharting, and more
- Evaluating security controls for various technology stacks including Windows, Linux, Software as a Service Platforms, Cloud environments (Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform)
- Proactively communicating with the Business Technology Solutions Team on various aspects of engagements
- Serving as a positive brand ambassador for Clearview when interfacing internally and externally
What is required for consideration?
- Minimum 3.0 GPA at time of application AND at time of internship program start
- Current student preparing to graduate in May 2025 or December 2025, May 2026
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally to client sites if needed
