Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach-(Internal/External)

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive cheerleading program that promotes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
-Plan and lead cheerleading practices, choreography sessions, and team meetings.
-Coordinate and attend all cheerleading events, including games, competitions, and community performances.
-Collaborate with school administrators, athletic directors, and other coaches to ensure the success of the cheerleading program.
-Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and boosters regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations.
-Manage eligibility and administrative policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
-Previous coaching experience in cheerleading, preferably at the high school level.
-Knowledge of cheerleading techniques, stunts, tumbling, and dance routines.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Commitment to promoting a positive team culture and fostering the personal development of student-athletes.
-Certification in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant safety training (preferred).
-Willingness to adhere to all school and athletic department policies and procedures.
